The major areas for Swine/pig Meat production are Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, and Maharashtra.

The country is the largest exporter of Other meat to the world. The country has exported 701.80 MT of other meat to the world for the worth of Rs. 16.93 crores/ 2.18 USD Millions during the year 2022-23.
