Exporters claiming benefits under Vishesh Krishi & Gram Udyog Yojana are requested to take note of para 3.23.8 of the Handbook of Procedures, Volume 1 of Foreign Trade Policy , 2004-09

For Export Shipments filed under Free Shipping Bill category, for exports after 31.5. 2008 , of products eligilble under Vishesh Krishi & Gram Udyog Yojana, the exporter shall state the intention to claim benefit under Chapter 3 of FTP by declaring on the Free Shipping Bills as under:

"I/we, hereby, declare that I/we shall claim the benefits, as admissible , under Chapter 3 of FTP"
